We want you to be satisfied with your display rack or stand. This policy applies to sales to consumers in the United Kingdom and reflects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs depend on the item and your location; we will confirm these when you order. You will receive an estimated delivery date and tracking information where applicable. If you have questions about delivery before ordering, please contact us.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

If you bought at a distance (e.g. online or by phone), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, inform us within this period using our contact page. You then have 14 days from the date you tell us to send the goods back. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging where possible.

Eligibility for Returns

Custom or made-to-order pieces may be exempt from the right to cancel once we have started work on your order; we will confirm this when you order. Aside from that, items must be returned unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

How to Return

Contact us via the contact page to request a return. Include your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or of you confirming cancellation, if you have not yet received the goods). Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may deduct from the refund if the item has been used or damaged beyond necessary handling. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.

Faulty or Not as Described

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund including delivery costs as appropriate.
